Unwillingmutation Stories

Plot: Baxter Stockman creates a new type of mutagen as part of a crazy plan to take down the turtles. He can't use retro-mutagen on them, and re-mutation would risk making them more powerful. If he could find a way to amplify/complete their mutation it could turn them human making them disoriented and way more vulnerable. Context: This fic takes place idk sometime in season two before the first major Kraang invasion. The only major changes im making before the fic starts is that Karai hasn't been mutated and is still loyal to Shredder. TO CLARIFY I DONT SHIP KARAI AND LEO AT ALL THEY ARE RELATED, IT SEEMS A LITTLE FLIRTY AT TIMES, BUT THATS JUST THEIR BANTER, I DONT INTEND IT TO BE AT ALL ROMANTIC.
