"Review? Review? Ano ako, bobo?" 'Yan ang paborito kong linya tuwing may nagtatanong kung paano ako nakapasok sa UP. Akala nila may sikreto akong study routine. Akala nila may color-coded reviewers ako. Akala nila may 5 A.M. productivity vlog akong nakatago. Ang totoo? UP lang ang inapplyan kong university. Hindi ako nag-review para sa UPCAT. Working student ako. Ang pinakamalaking academic strategy ko ay magdasal, magdala ng lapis, at umasa na hindi ako maliligaw papunta sa exam room. Pero hindi ito kuwento ng isang "effortlessly smart" na estudyante. Ito ang diary ng isang babaeng sinusubukang pagsabayin ang pangarap, trabaho, grades, pamilya, at ang kanyang obsession sa kulay pink. Mula sa nakakatawang application mishaps, nakakahiya pero totoong college moments, hanggang sa mga gabing gusto na lang niyang sumuko, bawat pahina ng diary na ito ay nagpapatunay na minsan ang pinakamalalakas tumawa ay sila ring pinakatahimik ang mga laban. At kung naghahanap ka ng UPCAT review tips... Isara mo na 'tong libro. Wala kang mapapala sa'kin. Maliban na lang kung gusto mong matutunan kung paano mabuhay gamit ang dasal, delusyon, strawberry matcha, at isang mapurol na lapis.

I really don’t know what this story is all about. It is just a story of two persons who made wrong decisions about the degree programs that they’ll take up in college. And then their wrong decisions brought them together. It’s a true story. It’s a love story. It’s an ongoing story. It’s my story. Hope you enjoy it.

Everyone around her was preparing for UPCAT like it was guaranteed. Review centers. Coaching classes. Tuition plans. She had none of it. Just a tired father doing his best... and a daughter trying not to become a burden. When she finally got accepted into her dream school-UST- it didn't feel like success. It felt like guilt.
