When Heather was 13 her whole family died in a car crash. She was away at summer camp and she left it early to come home. She had plenty of family to take her in but no one wanted her. Her father coached basketball at the school he taught at for many years. When one of his old players comes back for the funeral he offers to adopt her. Having no other option Heather accepts the offer but she has to leave everything behind to live with them in Philadelphia. Now she is 16 and in her junior of high school she is a star lacrosse player and many colleges are looking for her to play for them. What does life have in store for her and what will happen when someone new changes everything.

As softball winds down and Final testing's are over, Brea flies down to Palm Beach, Florida to watch her little brother play; if she can keep her eyes off of Keegan's caddy. Now, as choices are to be made, Brea must make a decision. Turn away from a life she is comfortable with, or take a chance. It's like hitting a driver on a Par 5; you have to because there is no other option. There is a long tee shot to go.
