Two weeks ago Rain drowned. She was spotted drifting along the Erie Canal when two women out on their paddle boats found her. She woke up in Strong Hospital not knowing who she was or what happened to her before. Rain was placed in a women's shelter for her own protection. A week later she escaped. She needed answers and the detectives that kept visiting her were not going to give it. Rain began retracing her steps trying to capture anything that would trigger her memory. In doing so, she had an inclination that someone was following her. Could she be right? She didnt want to wait around and see. Paranoid, Rain didn't feel safe until she meet Kyree. Falling in love with his green eyes and his chocolate skin, Kyree literally swept Rain off her feet. Kyree was Bell's oldest brother. He owned the cafe Unbound. On the corner of Park Avenue. Unlike Rain, Kyree knows who she is. Sworn to his principles, Kyree will protect Rain at any cost. Just like any other descendant of the Kiaat. Elise is Chandler's first wife and his most beloved. Born on September 11th 1692, Elise was betrothed to Chandler as a peace offering the night of the equinox. They've been in love for what seems like a lifetime. She married him at age of 14. Ten years later, Chandler took on his second wife . It has always just been the three of them. Now She is missing. It's been two weeks and he would do anything to get her back. This is a Hemlock Grove story based at the very beginning. (Edit: I'm working on the cover.) Quinn has just moved in with her Uncle after her parents died. In 2025, the economy collapses. National currencies are reduced to nothing but paper, and trading and bartering has been resumed in place of money. Governments panic, but only entice more rage and protest from the public. In 2050, the people of earth have separated themselves by race. Russia is Upir country, most of the uk is inhabited by Shifters. France and Germany fell to the Elves. Australia and New Zealand are the least populated, mostly wanderers and humans. Each race self governs, with leaders in place like kings and queens. Use of technology and internet is scarce, mostly used in Russia. Present day, January 12th 2089, travel to Australia is closely monitored by The Council. Illegal sales of humans as property is common. The era is named, "Paradise."
