Her parents had died two years ago in a car crash so she was forced to live grandparents, who retired about three months ago. Going to school is easy she was smart and always ahead of her class. She soon finds out that she has to help Roman and Peter discover an unsolved mystery of a string of killings. And finds out it's herself she's been hiding from. This is an love story between Piper and Roman.
