Every nation fought the best they could, but as hope started to die, a small group of heroes surfaced and fought back with great effiency, they were called Overwatch. In parallel to this, the French government, still in their optic to remain independent in their defense, created the PALADIN Initiative, a military order composed of elite soldiers willing to defend their home nation at all cost. Thirty two years later, the first Omnic crisis had been dealt with, Overwatch had been disbanded and the world seemed to be in peace for a while, but it was soon cut short by a general unrest, caused by directly or indirectly by Talon, a shadow organisation looking to stir conflict everywhere they go. Silently watching all of this from the old Overwatch Gibraltar base, Winston finally decided to call back the ex-overwatch agents spread around the world. As for the Paladin, they arose in fame and recognition, but in particular was about to encounter something that will change his life. Will the two of them ever find love? Addison struggles to survive in this time of constant attack while she tries to run away from her past. Only, Addison doesn't realize that where ever she may go, violence will always be attracted to her because she is different. Addison finds out that there is a whole different world out in front of her that she has been blinded from for too long. She tries her best to cope with what she is given. It was a gift bestowed upon her that should not be taken lightly. Thankful for her gift, Addison view the world differently when she finally understands all the lies that were told to keep her safe. Later on, she realizes that the people in black are trying to test the teens for special gifts that Addy and her sister both have. Will Addison save find her sister? Can she accept the new world she was born into? And most importantly, will Addy save the people like her, from the the people in black? I guess you'll just have to read to find out.

Dark Pit is opposed to the idea of working for anyone. He wants his own freedom and won't let anyone manipulate him. Pit, on the other hand, is naive(at least in Dark Pit's opinion). Dark Pit thinks that the gods are just using Pit to fight their wars. Will Dark Pit convince Pit to rebel against the gods? Btw I know that was a bad description This Fanfic is not like others, where for example you are the main character and you fall in love with one of the Pits. This story is based on theories from Zircron Swift's youtube channel (sub to him) ideas from StarSeekerNomad's YouTube channel (sub to him) Palutena's Guidance, and the lyrical version of Dark Pit's theme from Man on the Internet's Youtube channel (sub to him). There is not much romance that will appear in the book, mainly because in Kid Icarus: Uprising none of the characters (with the exception of Phosphora) seems interested in romance, and I want to respect their character and not change it to what I want them to be like.
