Dannie's world was turned upside down that night at Starcourt Mall. After surviving being tortured by Russians and an attack from the Mind Flayer, she is destroyed by the death of her father and childhood best friend. Then her adopted sister and best friend move across the country. She ends up coping with drugs supplied by the infamous Eddie Munson who lives in the trailer a few doors down from her. Realizing enough is enough, Dannie tries to make her life somewhat normal, working and hanging out with her boyfriend, Steve, and her friend Robin. And you can't forget the kids; Dustin, Mike, Lucas, and Max. But her attempt at being normal is interrupted as demons of her past try to sink their claws into her life once more.
