Following the defeat of Gerathon and Kovo, Edras finally enjoys a few short years of peace. However, a troubling ancient prophecy has resurfaced, and tensions between the lands are increasing. With rumors of a new devourer rising, Once again the future of Edras rests in the hands of several children. A likely short story featuring a few OCs, this takes place after the main series but before the wyrm. Eight children separated by vast distances all undergo the same ritual, watched by cloaked strangers. Suddenly the paths of these children -- and the world -- have been changed forever.
