This is a collection of recipes and reminiscences from over sixty years of boating and cooking aboard. A large part of my inspiration comes from visiting eighty-five countries and experiencing their cuisines. Though I have no professional training, I was an instructor in a major culinary school in the mid-1980s.

Jess starts her diary as an 8 year old girl, single child with only her father to take care of her since she was 2. Herlife's full of ups and downs, but as she says: "Things can be grey, and I sort of like it." ... ... FOR YOUR INFO!!! I'm not English or american, british, austrailian...etc. sooo my writing is not SUPER AWESOME, but I'll be thankful if you read me, because I'm using this to improve my language :D Hope you like it, and waiting for your feedback!
