In Fell's Snowdin, icicles are seen as something you can use as a weapon. When two worlds collide, icicles are seen as snow. Dusty, soft, and white, covering every part of the universe. Fell's always seen the world as a cruel place until he meets a somewhat friendly skeleton. Eventually, his care for this skeleton increases and he feels something he never thought he'd feel.
