In the time when Kaliyuga reigned and unrighteousness became a part of daily life on the Bhuloka, the Swamini of Vaikuntha, the goddess of wealth, Devi Mahalakshmi, leaves her home after a quarrel with her husband Narayana, the eternal lord of sustenance. And hence, Narayana takes yet another human incarnation on the earth in form of the forest dweller Srinivasa, to please and obtain back his dear wife Lakshmi who has taken the form of Princess Padmavati of the chola dynasty. This is my attempt at writing about Rāmachandra, whom I love and revere beyond what my words can explain. The millions of sacrifices, separations, re-births, staking, and trouble kept exploding piecemeal. Did both of them lose hope after all?
