Six months after Vic's wife had passed his life had come to a standstill. After he finally got his daughter to back his plan was to open up his bakery once again while his daughter by his side, but the books just didn't call for it. The hospital bills were piled high and he was stuck getting himself a standard 9-5 job just like the rest of us. Alan was a single dad balancing his own career while raising his son with some shit help from his ex-girlfriend. His only plan was to have a stable life for him and his son, but when he meets Vic things seem to change just to enough for him to allow someone new into his and his sons life.

Alan Ashby was a city boy who found himself in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. Vic Fuentes was a military vet who found himself walking out of prison a free man once again. Both are lost and looking for something and maybe they can help each other find it.
