Just slow, awkward, fluffy Valdemar x Lucio stuff. I was trying to piece together how a relationship could even develop between them, and I love the challenge of unlikely, cursed pairings. I was thinking this would probably take place in Muriel's route (so, smoll SPOILERS from this point on). I would think Lucio's social circle would be dwindling since - ya know - he merged with the Devil and all. Lucio would definitely be longing for friendship and companionship. Valdemar will humor him if it means they get new things to study. Get that bag, Valdemar.

I'm not really used to writing so please forgive my mistakes and constructive criticism is always welcome. I will not do lemons. And requests are currently open. I do not own the arcana, nix hydra does.

-based on the mobile game- Athena, the apprentice of Asra and the ex-coworker Of Julien devorak, had no shortage of secrets. From deals with death and memory's lost to a curse that threw her life onto the train tracks of failure and destruction that would make even Valdemar impressed. I dunno. I just finished playing the game and I figured I could put my own spin on the main character. So without any further delay- I hope you can find the same enjoyment reading it as I did writing it. Also you probably noticed Valdemar's pronouns being masculine, that's just because I literally didn't notice the they/them usage in the game and I just saw them as a guy because of their name . I only figured it out from reading other books on the game and I'd already written most of the book by then. Sorry if you get annoyed by this, (it annoys me too bc I don't want to inconsistantly use pronouns but I've now gotten into the Habit of using they) it's not my intention to do that so do your best to just use your imagination. 👍🏻
