Here is a first person view on what life at war on the battlefields. It is a short piece of descriptive/creative writing that really makes you think about how horrific fighting in the war can be.

53 years ago, acid got in the world's rain. It impacted the bath water, the drinking water, everything. If you made contact with contaminated water, you would die. But one day, someone came in contact and didn't die. Instead, they achieved special abilities from it. And soon enough, we got reports of other people getting them too. You get one power and one power only, no more. Hi, i'm Echo Monana. I am one of the few left that has this strange mutation. The only problem, I have two abilities. Not only can I sense where people are and what they're doing, but I can also kill them in a split second. This causes me to be very valuable in my gang, The Glass Rebels. When the long lost prince appears at my school, it was never what I expected.

Reina is an extraordinary writer on her way to greatness. She gets an opportunity to attend a book launch for the first time with her favourite writer, Mr Tyler Eugaven. However, casualties in her environment arise to wreck it. Reina must remain calm through all the phases she meets.

Hello my dearest person, I'm afraid I love you. I was blinded by dejection, My delusional self strong. You exist solely on my illusion, Though the closest warmth you give. I know I'm insane and causing unwanted confusion , But you are and what keeps me sane. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This little short story is just something that happened to be a school-related work, but I guess I decided to re-write it again, correcting some parts and adding new stuff to it too. The plot was thought of by two of my friends and I, and I eventually developed it into this. Honestly, I had a lot of help from my friend, after realizing how much I sucked in developing decent English sentences. Please bear with my pathetic attempt to sound intelligent and also my ignorance on what exactly the character in the story is suffering from, I'm sure there's a proper name for it. But it is fiction anyways, and I am not in any way having the intention of offending anyone, so yeah. Oh and I know my "poetry" is absolutely crap, it doesn't even sound right but I tried.
