While reading the True Lives of The Fabulous Killjoys, one of the characters just stood out to me as ridiculously familiar: Val Velocity. if you haven't read the comic/graphic novel( whatever it is) do not read because this may or may not contain spoilers.

Can she fully leave the clutches of Battery City? Were the Zones and its people her death sentence? Especially when she's finding it hard to get along with the Zones best up and comer, Val Velocity. California, 2037. It's been 11 years since the deaths of The Fabulous Four, and just like the generations before, someone had to take charge of the cause to fight the tyrannical Better Living Industries. The Ultra V's, Val Velocity, Vaya, Vamos, and Frostbyte. With the fate of the free world coming to a climax, the Killjoys must band together in order to save the ones they love and the freedom they've gained from living in the deserts of California since the 70's. A new take on the events of The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, expect a lot of love, death, and lore. My three favorite things. Weekly updates will be published! As the killjoys got more members in their group, there was a new group in the zones. This new group is called Ultra V's and they weren't the best group if you met them in person. Val Velocity is the leader of that group and he wants to lead the killjoys, but Party Poison is already leader of that group.

Two men came from Battery City. One joined the military as a teenager, bored with his bleak career as a factory worker, while the other left in his twenties to flee a life that was suffocating him. After a single fateful meeting, the lives of Dr. Death Defying and Tommy Chow Mein became intertwined, leading to new relationships, brutal conflicts, tension and healing, and a confrontation with Better Living that no one could have expected. I wrote this as an outlet and a while ago but it's been heavily updated since. I was in a bad headspace when I originally wrote this and it wasn't good whatsoever. Not saying it is now, but I made adjustments YEARS later and also posted this to AO3. Description: This is Killjoy oc (cover pic) story basically. THIRD BOOK IN THE SILENCE SERIES! The year is 2022. The Riot has been neutralized, and the Zones are (somewhat) safe again. BLI has been relatively inactive, which is very good for the Killjoys. However, they do have to deal with Silent Storm, the interim General, who is still learning how to do his job. Handling the antics of the Ultra Vs, Mad Gear and Missile Kid, and the ex-Rioters is proving to be very difficult for him so far, and he wonders how he'll ever live up to his friends' expectations for him. 🌩 Atomic Alien is officially on her journey home to what is left of America to find her dad, but when she gets there, she won't find what she was expecting. She'll have the fight of her life trying to fight for her individuality once again, but with the help of some new friends. 🛸 And Sunset Flash has been happier than ever with the help of the Ultra Vs, especially Val Velocity. But he has a secret that could effect everyone around him, and Sunset begins to suspect it. Everything could either go very right, or very wrong... ☀️ Will these three groups succeed in their efforts, or will everything crash down around them?

However, after two years of only minor rescue missions and dents in BLI's empire, the Killjoys are getting restless. Extremists begin to emerge and launch a new wave of rebellion founded on murder and shedding innocent blood. The three of them struggle to keep up with everything that is happening, as well as trying to help out a new gang called the Ultra Vs, led by Val Velocity, who are gaining popularity. Will they manage to keep everything together in the midst of this pandemonium? Or will they crack under the pressure? 🌩

From harmless outcast to wanted criminal, Billy figures out just how hazardous her desert home can truly be, and not because of B.L.I.
