I didn't have the strength to wipe them away. The more steps I took away from him the harder it got to lift my feet. "Lily!" He called. I ached to turn back, but that would just make things worse. Forcing myself to keep walking, I painstakingly took each slow step and accepted the distance I had put between us. A firm hand grabbed mine and twisted my body around abruptly. I was too surprised to respond when my lips touched his and his hands gripping the sides of my face shooting sparks up and down my body.
