Uhh, well in this Au theres 5 kingdoms(no quirks) The human, werewolves, dragons, vampires and kitsunes kingdom. There has been a great rivalry of the kingdoms of humans and wolves against the other kingdoms due to their different way of doing things, somewhat violent so to speak. But in these two kingdoms enemies of all others there are groups of people called "Rebels" people who go against the rules and come to be considered criminals or exiles from the kingdom.
