Pearl's a recent NPC I created who's another vampire from Claire's (formerly known as Vampire Fangirl) past. Queen of the West Hollywood Court and the vampire who set forth the rule that Vampire Fangirl/Claire Donovan was ONLY allowed to wear red and black.
