The story starts on the first day of the job where (Y/N) meets multiple collective charachers like Rigsby, Cho, Lisbon, Van Pelt, and of course Mr. Patric Jane. A reliable man, Patrick Jane wants to become close friends with her, she keeps her distance to maintain profesionality, but soon finds out it wont be easy to do that here.

Missy's life is awful. The Red Stars have come and taken the one thing she can't live without: Patrick. It's been years and everyone thinks he is dead, but she doesn't want to believe it. Everyone tells her to move on, but how can she? One day, though, someone from the past comes and swipes her off her feet making her feel alive again. Can she relearn to love and get her life back, or will she forever be in love with Patrick?

Brayson and Alexis don't want to be remembered has the kids of Missy and Patrick Jane. They want to be known for what they want to do, and that doesn't involve crime. They plan on leaving it all, but something happens. An attack on the CBI base has lead to Missy and Patrick missing, or possibly dead. Brayson and Alexis can't let their parents be hurt, so they stay to help find them. They might even learn a little about the Jane's and about themselves. *Note* Do not own Mentalist characters, only the ones I made up. (Won the best dramatic ending/cliffhanger in a book by MentalistDisciple)

One day, they got a chance of a lifetime, an escape if you will. They found themselves in detention with a weird combination of people: a jock, a video game nerd, a popular Barbie, and an outcast. For most, getting detention was a normal part of high school, but what wasn't normal was finding an old game and getting sucked into it, then promptly getting coaxed into saving a world which turned her life around. So here she was-against her choice, mind you-fighting a hot guy (what? He was!) obsessed with a green stone, all the while trying to survive and battle the arising feelings.
