It's Christmas Eve, and Jesse McCree is alone again. While drinking his sorrows away at a bar on the U.S./Mexican border, he meets a mysterious young Latina woman, who calls herself Sombra. The unlikely pair then strike up a conversation about Christmas, lost love, and loneliness. This short story/one-shot is based on the Overwatch comic strip panel, which shows Jesse McCree and Sombra sitting in the same bar on Christmas on the Mexican-American border. It is an attempt to answer the question of what happened at the bar. Did the pair meet, and if so what did they talk about? What did they do their, and what happened next?
