Varian was adopted at the age of 3 due to his father death of the magical black rocks, his uncle Hector a knight from the dark kingdom took him as his own as he train Varian and teach him to protect him and the moonstone but when the boy reach the age of 15 things start to change and he mets a thief.

From chapter 6+, it's my own work. --- updates the last friday of every month, 17:00 MDT --- Hugo and Varian are dating, when suddenly Hugo wakes up in the middle of the night to Varian floating and glowing - a sight he had only seen once before, when he got possessed by Ulla. Being worried, he tells Varian when he wakes up. They decide they need to go free Ulla, properly this time. But who will they encounter? And what if Varian can't be saved? All of these thoughts race through Hugo's mind as he plans to propose to Varian. Doubt races his mind, as what if Varian says no? And Varian is also worried, what if he levitates again? And Hugo seems to be acting weird, but Varian can't help. He loves the blonde, and is worried for him. On their way to Tonitrua, they struggle to decide if it's worth it. What else might happen to them?

Varian is given a mysterious journal for their birthday, which holds information about "Demanitus's Seven Trials". Varian decides to go on a journey around the seven kingdoms to complete the trials themself- For both him and his mom. Hugo could still place exactly where that stupid blue streak flowed against the rest of his hair. He could still count the freckles that dusted the tip of his nose and the edges of his cheeks. He could just about remember how his lip would curl when he smiled. It was lopsided- the left side of his mouth always pushed up just a little bit more than the right. (@SolemnlyUme and I's take on how the Varian spin off, Varian and the Seven Kingdoms would've gone. With our own touches as well) An alchemist, pyromaniac, thief and a princess. The four companions who seem to different yet are all so similar go on a grand journey to each of the seven kingdoms to complete the daring and dangerous task of the trials just to gain access to the eternal library. The alchemist determined to learn more about his missing mother who he believes is still out there somewhere was the first to research about the eternal library alongside her partner Donella who the alchemist believes has something to do with the missing disappearance of his mom. In this journey the four adventurers learn about trust and found family along with the harsh secrets and realities that seem to plague them as they go on their journey to go through the seven kingdoms. What if Varian killed both of Rapunzel's parents? What if he isn't what he used to be? What if it was love at first sight? Just like the spin off series like Vat7k, Varian goes on a adventure with the plot characters, Hugo, Yong, Nuru while hiding the fact that he changed his identity to hide as a fugitive. While doing so, he meets his old friend Cassandra, who had been forgiven easily for her crimes when she did much more than what Varian commited just because Rapunzel places Cassandra dearly than Varian. This story is about how people gas lights Varian so much to make himself believe it was "just" all his fault when any other characters, like Cassandra, Rapunzel, Eugene, name anybody, would certainly do anything to get back their loved ones. Varian goes on an adventure to find about himself, learn that only the main characters get a happy ending, the harsh truth, and further develop growing much more logical and reasonable. It also has much more to what Varian had been feeling portrayed much more deeply than the original series. This story is merely a fan-fiction of the sequel, and I do not own the characters. There are some strong curses and violence, however it'll be fine hehe. I hope people would actually read this lol. (includes varigo hasdhffas)

Varian and Hugo go to Old Corona after their long adventure through the seven kingdoms. Varian has to introduce Hugo to his father, when his father also has some old friends he needs to introduce as well.

They have no idea what type of adventure and friends they are going to meet...

Varian gets a split personality when he takes the evil moon entity into himself during a desperate moment. Hugo, an expert on the moon entity, is sucked into a portal Varian accidentally opens, and they are both stranded on an alien planet. Hugo can see who the blue-haired boy really is behind the evil and falls head over heels, but everyone else only sees a ruthless murderer. Can Hugo get the man he loves to escape his terrible fate?

This is my take on the idea of a Varian spin-off series of Tangled: The Series/Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. The AU was presented to Disney by storyboarders Kay Ritter and Anna Lencioni who took a liking to Varian's character and decided to create a story for him in his later years; detailing the adventures he might go on and the friends he makes along the way. I'll likely take a lot of inspiration from other fans too and I think that's what's great about vat7k, we all inspire each other with our ideas! :) This is probably gonna be a long one, hope you enjoy!!
