I haven't written anything in almost a year, but with this new hyperfixation something in me just wanted to write about them. 🥹

On his 18th birthday, Varian finds his mother's old journal hidden beneath the floorboards of his house. In it, he finds details of his mother's quest to find the Eternal Library, desperate to prove himself to the people of Corona he sneaks away under the cover of night to complete his mother's quest for her.

Basically, after he managed to capture the queen and all of that, instead of being put in jail, he was banished to Gotham. Thrown on the streets and forced to figure out how to live by himself with just Ruddiger and the few alchemy supplies his raccoon companion managed to sneak him. I came up with this after I had just finished a fic about Nico in Gotham. I started reading a Vat7k fic before thinking, what if Varian ended up in Gotham. I couldn't find one so I decided to write one. (I do not own vat7k, tangled, tangled the series, or dc)

Warinings: Cursing, Possible triggering themes, VARIGO FLUFF OVERLOAD, Yong's innocence, Hugo's dirty jokes, Nuru's death threats, etc. I will put Dani's songs at the top of chapters I think they would be in. Some chapters may just be repeats of previous chapters in a different perspective. Varian is given a mysterious journal for their birthday, which holds information about "Demanitus's Seven Trials". Varian decides to go on a journey around the seven kingdoms to complete the trials themself- For both him and his mom. Honestly, Varian wasn't sure what to expect for his 18th birthday. Maybe a small celebration? Well, he did get one of those, but his dad also gave him a journal. Ulla. That's the person who wrote it. Hugo knew about Varian's past villainy. He never expected with the wave of a wand, he'd be with the very same Varian after he was jailed. Now Hugo must keep Varian distracted by playing the supportive boyfriend until Quirin arrives back in Corona or use a potion to change this oddly suave version of his dorky boyfriend back before he builds an army of automatons.

Varian cheated on Hugo. But...maybe that's not the full story?

So when he learns of his mother's quest, he knows he has to complete it for her. I'm back again and I'm going into my junior Year now 😭 made this account back in like fifth grade and it's crazy to see all the bad old art. Not gonna even bother reading the stories.

okay so uhm im a fan of vat7k^^ and i've been trying to find the whole story like- i need to read or watch it and no one has ever done it..yes theres a person who have made a comic of this but stopped at 2023 may so..i'll be the one whos gonna continue it^^ if its okay so yeh! i hope yall would love this series and bayieee
