Villian deku and Bakugou, they are a couple and were very strong. They were happy and fought together all the time. One day, the lov got caught and separated. Deku doesn't have ofa but he has mind manipulation, yes like Shisou but not. He can just make eye contact and can goes into their soul and control them - he has a time limit for how long he can control the people. 2-4 hours depending how strong their quirk is.
