Reborn as an abandoned infant in the world of One Piece, Axel nearly dies before awakening a terrifying power: Vector Manipulation. So instead of this being a Arsenal Book, this will be a Character Book that would be about 2 Major Heroic Groups who'll be appearing during the 3rd/Final Parts of both Mines and @JeymisPeixoto's "Blitzo's Multiversal Journey" Book Series (aka The CrossHero-Verse), mostly in the 2 Merc-DFT Stories. These 2 Major Heroic Groups will be Darrin "Fred" Terrance/Merc-DFT's Group (formerly Merc-DFT's Team) and The Fox Underground (Based off The Clone Underground from Star Wars), who'll be Major Protagonists in the "Blitzo's Multiversal Journey" Book Series (aka The CrossHero-Verse). (Update): I changed it from a "Character Book" to a "Arsenal Book" since I'm more used to showcasing both Weapons and various other Stuff, but I will still be showcasing the Characters as well.
