A short story dedicated to my best friend Emily.

Raina finds herself new to Washington, she rents an apartment downtown of Seattle. She didn't know she would actually end up being neighbors with the lead singer of Pearl Jam. Eddie Vedder. As soon as Raina's shyness slowly disappears she begins to open up to Eddie. The closer they become, the more she realizes how much more Eddie would mean to her than she thought.

Eddie and Stone can't help but to catch feelings for one another, considering they're together pretty much 24/7. But when other people try to get involved, will their relationship survive?

A story of young love, music and friendship from early 90's Seattle. *Most of the dates and facts about the bands and the scene are real.*

How could you not be dazzled by a fellow like Eddie Vedder, someone who spoke with such evangelical zeal of things like the earth and the sky, someone who seemed so intent on breathing inspiration back into every tired soul he came across? i wouldn't. i couldn't. as i lay there, tied to the bed in my childhood bedroom, i knew i could never bring myself to kill him. i would die in his place before i killed him. i would kill my stepfather before i killed him. i loved him.

At twenty one, Piper packed up and moved across the country to Seattle to escape a miserable life. Will it be everything she hopes for? takes place in 90's. Just a lil disclaimer, i mean absolutely NO disrespect towards eddie for writing this. it's all fake and made up so let's just say it's an alternate universe eddie mk. i have the utmost respect for that dude but then again if you're here reading this, then you obviously don't mind a fic??? IDK i'm rambling,

Remember to live. I've lost track of how many times I've repeated that mantra in my head. Over and over. Reminding myself to be present. Take a leap. Take a chance. We only get one life and no one makes it out alive.. If only I knew how true those words would come to be..

This is a story about the friendship between Eddie and Stone (might also turn into romance) and their ways of dealing with sickness and other problems. Includes a lot of hurt/comfort, too. The story is set in 2000, but I didn't do my research on the correctness of album or tour dates so bear with me. Also English is not my mother tongue, but I'll give my best.
