Five years after the Main-Minor Family war, Pete lives in a countryside with his son, Venice who was Vegas' half-brother and Macau. After separating with Vegas in order to protect Venice, Pete finds himself back in the game after Porsche shows up to say that Korn has found them. Venice, an innocent five-year-old boy is forced to learn that he is not just a simple little kid as his Pa had always tell. Macau is now in need to face reality that he belonged to a chaotic family of mafia and must be the lead for his people. Vegas now under supervision of Porsche and locked inside the mansion is surprised to see Pete again but this time with their son.

There is this identity crisis for me in which I can specifically find the difference in my thoughts, priorities, and feelings after escaping from the minor family safe house... After hurting Vegas... I know I did the right thing for my life. I can never live there like a prisoner no matter what we were having there. But still, here I am sitting in the garden of the main family smoking my cigar feeling absolutely like a prisoner. What is this feeling? Why am I not happy to be back? What is this fucking pain?
