Knockout and Breakdown haven't really been busy lately. They haven't been ordered around or going on missions, at least until Lieutenant Starscream sends them on one mission that changes their lives forever. Not an easy task for a seven year old. Knock Out was tasked to study human mental disorders. After scoping the streets of a small town in Nevada, he finds the perfect subject.

When Ratchet stumbles upon a relic while searching for energon, it doesn't take long for him to realize that Megatron wants it for his own possession. Neither of them expected the relic to transfer its contents to Ratchet during the struggle to claim it. Now that the relic itself is useless, Megatron sees an opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. But if Ratchet doesn't give Megatron the information he desires, his physical wellbeing won't be the only thing he has to worry about. (This does have some depictions of violence and such, so read with caution.)

But when he messes up on a mission, he is scared that Megatron will punish him, and hides in the shadows. But when he witneses Megatron murder a Vehicon he was talking to a hour ago, he must seek help from other Decepticons. He must hide from Megatron. But what happens when Megatron gets him? Will the others save him in time, or will Megatron kill all of the Decepticons? Leaving just him, and his Sweetspark?
