This world was your typical world, humans, water, trees, and land. Sounds good enough to count as normal, doesn't it? Well... not exactly. This world revolves around two simple possibilities, one of them being more as a curse than a gift. It was simple, you were either normal, pure, and clean. Or you were the second option. Marked. Or what the pure called filthy, stained, red inked monsters. And more simply... unkind words. It could start at any time. Any age. Even in your sleep. You'll feel a burning sensation in your spine at first, almost exactly like touching dried ice, a harsh sting. Now, you may be asking. What does any of this have to do with the story? Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is a condition that affects the blood vessels outside of the heart and brain, most commonly in the legs. It is caused by a buildup of plaque, or fatty deposits, in the arteries that supply blood to the legs and feet. This buildup can cause the arteries to become narrow and stiff, which can reduce blood flow to the affected areas.

The steps involved in the process include laser treatment for varicose veins procedure - Anesthesia. This makes the area on which the laser will work insensitive, or rather makes you feel comfortable when the specialist is working on your rough skin. While under local anesthesia, you can be aware of what is happening to you, but you cannot feel the pain as you would under general anesthesia.
