A little context. diluc and venti have been childhood best friends but diluc had to move because of some work hes father had. him and venti haven't seen each other for a awhile and befor they knew it college hit but what they don't know is that they have applied for the same college and both got in. of course venti had other friends like the twins xiao and Barbra so just will happen between the two when they find out they have been in the same college this whole time ??
