Thanks to being made by a team of craftsworkers, he could move on his own, so he could do more than ever before with sentience. But one day... Boopsy passed away at his own hands, leaving Bill to handle everything all by himself... for real. Boopsy's death left Bill in a massive state of depression. He couldn't believe that this had to happen. He didn't want to believe it. He refused to accept it. He didn't want Boopsy to be dead. He was like a dad to him. But regardless, Bill is gonna have to learn how to take care of himself. You know how Bill's former owner, Trudy Blew, sold him due to decreasing popularity, and left him behind to, you know, start Collecting Dust...? The same fate befell him today.

When I was younger, I used to have this friend named York. I would talk to him for hours, until the man took him to his performance every weekend... York was the best ventriloquist act I'd ever known. You seem confused... Oh! I get it, you thought this was a child right? Hah, I thought so! No, this friend was in fact a ventriloquist dummy. Hmm? How did we first meet? Oh, that's quite a long story, but if you insist. I was barely seventeen at the time, we met during one of his performances, the best one I'd seen... This is a story about a 17 year old girl named Burlem (she prefers Kathy though) and York, a ventriloquist dummy who is more than he seems. Hiya! I didn't really know what tags I should use for this story- I tried to find some though! I don't really know where this story's going to go but I hope you enjoy! This is kind of rough and I would love some criticism, I already know I need to add more details- I tend to skip out on them 😅. I will try to update whenever I have a finished chapter.
