Venti is a runaway spoiled prince that got lost in his pursuit of 'freedom' who was saved by a commoner in a remote village. The commoner, Xiao reluctantly had to follow the prince order and let him stay at his house, the prince refuse to go back to the castle saying that it's too boring and uneventful there... how will Xiao handle this mess of a prince?! It's late. Venti feels like he needs to get away for a while. The Lantern Festival is today. So why is Xiao here?

There's only one way to characterize Venti and Xiao. They despise each other, so much. To the point that Xiao would pray to the gods that Venti loses his volleyball tournaments. (Crack fic cuz I need to feed my VenXiao side, it's talking to me every night and telling me she's hungry)

Note : This is not a slow burn. This story is about two teens in school being in a relationship. There will be flashbacks occasionally to before they got together though. Approximately one month. One month since Xiao asked Venti out, and was surprised that he didn't get rejected. Life didn't feel real. His crush for a few years actually said yes. It's not that surprising though is it. They were just too blind to notice each other's subtle hints. Being polar opposites has it's advantage. Xiao will be the calm for Venti. Life seemed extremely boring to 17-year-old Xiao. He looked up to almost nothing. Not even his sisters birthday. But however, one day, a new kid, whose name was Venti, came into his homeroom class. Xiao's parents never showed him love or care and always left him with their friends to take care of him until he was old enough to take care of himself. Xiao always thought he was a worthless son and deserved to just die. venti's parents were singers and had to go trips so they left venti with someone to take care of him but they always tried to spend time with him and venti respected that. Venti was famous for being their son and for his voice as during the summer he goes with his parents and sing with them. This story might have bad grammar and some fluff and angst.
