A one-shot story about an ordinary woman who worked all her life to provide for her family and supposedly partner for life. However, she still ended up losing him to someone who barely lifted a finger, because she's hotter. Will she ever meet someone who would put her first before something else, no matter how important his own life goals are? Trigger warning: Mention of depression and plan for escape. Reader discretion is advised. Warning: This xfemalereader fanfic is based on DMC5 Vergil but I incorporated a bit of vampire element, in reference to him consuming humanblood as Urizen in the game. Note: The story will start around the time he escaped the Underworld and before he found Nero's location. Also, this book will contain violence due to the nature of the game itself. Basically some moments where Vinny scared the shit out of Tony and got punished for it. This is a dmc au!! In this au Dante is the older bro and Vergil is the younger one. in this timeline Vinny went through a lot of shit that mentally fucked him over so he's a quiet, mute shy person.. to most.

(So this story is inspired by @astorywithoutwords' book check their work out and Devil may Cry, None of which are mine)
