Ezra survived his murder. Barely. Waking up from a coma in the home of strangers who claim to be his family in a body that's not his, he is forced to confront how the missing pieces of his ten lost years connect to the epidemic, known as Il Tormento, that threatens his future. In a world where Acquitayne, the Goddess of Life, created and sustains humanity on a set of Runes that empower Ezra and his family, known as the Rune Union, with magical missionary abilities, the realms of Heaven, Death, and Humanity may soon merge. As Il Tormento gains strength against populations of both Acquitayne's followers and her murder-bent dissenters, Ezra discovers his Godly gift, and in the process of fighting to regain his memories, he takes his place alongside his loving parents and supportive siblings in a war of fantastical religion.

Hey, brothers and sisters in Christ! I'm just a young guy who loves God and wants to help others know Him better. Every Sunday and Wednesday, from entries in my Bible journal, I will post a Bible verse, a biblical quote, or a Christian hymn. This is a place for Scripture, quiet reflection, and reminders that joy, peace, and purpose can still be found--especially when life feels heavy. Discussions in the comments are more than welcome. Whether you came from my other books or found this collection on its own, you are more than welcome here. I pray that this collection be a light and blessing in your week and a reminder that you are not alone in your Christian pilgrimage. Let us grow together in our faith while looking forward to the hope that WILL be fulfilled in Jesus Christ! Amen. Note: Unless otherwise indicated, all Scripture quotations are taken from the Holy Bible, New Living Translation, copyright © 1996, 2004, 2015 by Tyndale House Foundation. Used by permission of Tyndale House Publishers, Carol Stream, Illinois 60188. All rights reserved. Additionally, all hymns belong to their songwriters and creators. I take no credit for them at all.

I write poems born from moments I have truly lived through. Each piece is written from the thoughts that filled my mind during a particular incident, emotion, or phase of life. These poems are not just words - they are pieces of memories, feelings, regrets, silence, and healing. Welcome to my world of thoughts.

The poem was written in blood that had dried brown on the wall. Five lines. The sixth was smeared, as if the hand had slipped - or been stopped. I gave my tongue to the quiet house, My eyes to the mirror's glass, My name to the door that none can open, My shadow to the dark that walks- The rest was illegible. Scratched deep. The police photographer's flash lit it again and again, but no one read it aloud. No one dared. The body on the floor had no fingerprints. They had been peeled away, smooth as wax. That was in 1998.
