You woke up in a hospital bed with no memories of you life. Strangers by the names of Mark, Tyler, Amy, Ethan, and Kathryn had tried to convince you that they were your closest friends, but you couldn't help being skeptical. Something didn't seem right. Ethan has always felt the presence of him, something dark and apathetic, in his mind. That was why he turned his attention to Youtube, to clear his mind to something creative and light. And it worked: he soon had a wall of support to turn to if he fell. He found he would need it when he moved to LA and the falling leaves of Autumn brought about corruption and insanity.

Celeste Johanson lives in fear everyday, hiding from her mom, her classmates and herself. The only thing getting her through life is watching the videos of Markiplier, CrankGameplays and Apocalypto_12 (Tyler). After running away from home, Celeste goes to LA where she meets her heros. With the police hot on her trail and conflict with Mark, will Ethan, Tyler, Kathryn and Amy be able to save Celeste from a life lived in loneliness and solitude? i published a bit of this story before, but it was called "the light that shines" and then i discontinued it. but i decided to work on it again! this is sorta set before ethan met mark but a little different so amy has the yellow hair, mark has black hair, and ethan has brown hair also kathryn still has black hair lol (also since the timeline can be whatever i want, all of them already live in la) ((also pax is in la-))
