After meeting Kageyama Shien and Tsukishita Kaoru, Aragami Oga must regain his will to fight, become a fearless warrior once again, and face all the many arduous trials ahead.

(My submission for the #TempusTales project! This is based on my AU, where the Tempus boys lead their own respective street gangs, each with their own ideals and reasons why they decided to take to the streets.) In this particular short story, Shinri Joshuiji, the leader of the Xenokuni Koillective and an avid travel fan, arrives at the infamous Elysium District to sample the renowned tea served at the VesTea cafe...and test his might against one of the Four Kings of Elysium, the reserved Vesper Noir. Little did Shinri know that thanks to the overzealousness of the Bettelion Circus ringleader Gavis Bettel, an all out war is about to break out and it's up to him to convince Vesper to tell his friends to stand down, in the only way Vesper will understand.

Vesper racks up a huge amount of debt and runs to the badlands of New Mexico. He tries to get rich quick by growing the spiciest chili peppers known to man. Hilarity ensues.

"Careful now. Try not to move too suddenly, alright?" Vesper Noir wakes up one day in a foreign land with gaps in his memories...and a sharp blade pressed against his throat. His assailant? A beautiful, self-proclaimed female pirate with a sweet voice and a bloodthirsty smile. A librarian, a pirate, and later...an idol? The unlikely trio struggle to survive as they find themselves stranded in a strange world, at the whims of some greater power.
