In this final hour we prepare to stand once more, until the end we chose to fight.

"Love, I don't know if I can come home." I could feel the tears dancing on my cheek like a waterfall. His words slapped me across the face. The stinging pain from my face traveled down to my heart. Hesitantly, I whispered "what do you mean?" I wished for a simple answer. His plane was late or some other silly answer. Anything that would give me a glimmer of hope. It was much more than that. It took me a minute to catch up. Slowly, the pieces connected. Then, the shattering image began to play like a broken record player. "No! No! No! Tell me-" I shook my head and clutched my heart. I didn't want to believe it.

These are the stories of multiple girls, and guys, that feel like they don't matter. The feel unpretty. They are all outcasted in their own ways. Some do it to themselves, others are innocents. They will show you what has happened to them, and why they are scarred. Mary has put an ad out there to get kids nationwide to submit their stories so that she can put together a collage of all of them for her school. This is that collage.
