Newly minted teacher Poppy Fraser is starting a new life - she just didn't expect it would be in such an alien place where football is the main religion and anything else is just not worth knowing about. Joel Hardy has been trying to escape his family legacy all his life but it just keeps pulling him back. Together they might just find a way forward for themselves, the town and the local team - maybe.

For some while now, a group of Dogs has been meeting every evening, under the old oak tree, to talk about the issues that concern them. Food, not surprisingly, is a major topic. So, too, are cats. (Please note the small 'c'). But their discussions go much further than this. Subjects as wide-ranging as Evolution, Advertising, Sticks, Training - and many more - receive their unique insight. These then, are the dialogues of Whitman, Anton, Butch, Malcolm, Pippa and Obi. It has been my privilege to write them down.

Yoongi, a 24 year old man and works as a vet. He owns 1 pet shop and 3 vet clinics. He never been this happy in his whole entire life. Until one day, he saw a Cat hybrid into the streets ; bloody as hell. So he deicded to take it home and treat it right. He didn't knew that their relationship would bloom into something else.

Jake looses his dog cookie before leaving for vacation. Melanie finds Cookie tied to train tracks and can't help but feel her heart break and connect with Cookie, so she brings Cookie back to the vet office she works at (Pet Love). When Jake comes back to hear the whereabouts of Cookie. When Jack gets Cookie back Melanie has to go for annual once a month meetings but those meetings start to become more frequent and longer and Melanie starts opening up more than she's ever before

Late but right

Melissa Hart 29 year old Vet from England who's just passed her degree and is offered a position to train further in a reserve called Leopards Den after the reserve re opens that's where she meets Ed Lynch an ex Zoo owner with a heart of stone they get to know each other and she realises he's not so bad but what happens when his wife turns up out of nowhere and throws a spanner in the works.

Cordelia knows the rules at millington farm dog sanctuary, where she lives. She mus'nt get attached to the stray dogs or hot teenage boy helpers because none of them can stay long or can they... But when a newly arrived stray has six puppies, Cordelia knows it will take a while to find them all good homes. So surely it wont hurt to get just a little bit fond of them both ;-)....
