"What are you, completely mental or something?" His astringent tone froze me where I stood. I peered narrowly and searchingly at him for a moment, then decided that he was bullshítting me. I proceeded to walk out the shop door and he caught my shoulder in a firm grasp. I had enough mind to turn around and slap him, but when I did I could see that his usual approbatory disposition was replaced with disinclination. I sucked my teeth and accompanied it with an eye roll. "That was nothing. Don't worry about." I continued my stroll down the street, but he halted my movements again. We were then standing in front of a large boutique display window, people inside browsed the racks and riffed through clothes they only ever dreamed of wearing. "Don't worry about it? Don't worry about it! How do you expect me to not worry about it when my girlfriend just broke a girls nose?" Monee's past the drinking, partying, out at all hours of the night stage of her life. So why is all the drama showing up now. A split decision brings her to face to face with Harry Styles, member of the band One Direction and somebody that she use to know. With him he brings the four other members of his band. Harry and Monee work to continue their friendship but her best friend Lahna complicates things. Lahna always struck Monee as the type of person who hated everyone. Maybe not hated, but overall disliked everyone, but she hand every reason to, with a family that doesn't approve, a guy that doesn't understand the term ex-boyfriend, and a three year old son that thinks clouds are made of cotton candy, and rain is sprinkles. Harry endeavors to bring Lahna from the darkness and show her that some people are worth her time. While Monee attracts the attention of a Mr. Liam Payne, who thinks dating Monee will be a walk in the park but he soon witnesses her slightly demented yet whimsical behavior and rethinks. Is Liam up for the challenge or will it prove to be too much for him to handle?
