With all the mainstream music these days about the female body and the views of sexuality as a whole, you would think you would find some truth. Well, I'm here to spread truth with my authentic encounter with transmutation of sexual energy within the parameters of the female body.

This book is to help those who have truly lost themselves and operating in a very low area of life along with feeling damaged and not recognizing your own reflection. And causing further self sabotage by staying in this place and accepting this as the norm. When in actuality, this is like carrying a storm inside. This book will advise one on how to connect more with your more spiritual and higher self, and also come to grips to what's really been going on. Our spirit within is where and who we really are and this area of our lives is vital and key to everything that we are and ever hope to become. This very vital part of ourselves affects our physical and inner selves in more ways than we truly realize. And being in tune or out of balance with our spirit within really matters in how we will live out our lives in this world.
