Victini has always share his powers with others, but his power has become to be too much for the pokemon world. Victini then decided to move to a state of isolation and lost all hope and confidence to talk to pokemon. (Disclaimer: I do not own Pokémon Nintendo does)

Sparky Kilowa, otherwise known by his trainer Red as "Pika", is a high-leveled Pikachu from Viridian Forest, Kanto. But when he awakens in a strange apartment with no memory of how he got there, he soon realizes he's no longer in his own world. For the last two decades, a strange and rare but known phenomenon has shaken this world: humans appearing under the guise of Pokémon. Scientists call it proof of an alternate dimension, confirmation of String Theory's very existence. But Spark is different. He was never human. Victini was on the pendant, along with Zeraora, Ho-Oh, Marshadow, and Sceptile. Though Sceptile never returns to his Pokeball, it has a special place. Sometime later, Echo was identified as Koffic Serulea. Without a place to hide, she is forced to the ultra wormhole, where she finds Ash and his friends. Seeing Nihilego being harmed, she rushes to save the ultra beast. Using her legends, she will soon be forced to move to a new hiding place, or so she thought.
