What if Evangeline didn't set Mare free? So, essentially it's kind of a what would have happened type of Fanfic. Die Spaltung der Häuser am Hof führt dann auch noch dazu, dass Haus Osanos sich ganz der Garde anschließt. Doch egal wie oft Kendra ihre Treue beweist, Kilorn will ihr einfach nicht trauen oder gar sehen, was sie für ihn empfindet. Denn es gibt immer nur Mare. Außerdem ist er der Überzeugung, alle Silbernen wären Monster und lässt Kendra einfach keine Chance, sich zu beweisen. Ein erschütterndes Ereignis jedoch bringt ihn dazu, seine Einstellung in Frage zu stellen.

First, you need to have read my fanfiction of Kings Cage to understand anything that is going on. Second, this is a continuation of my Kings Cage fanfiction and so most characters and plots belong to the most magnificent Victoria Aveyard and I own none of it. Though... some of the characters and plots I have added for my personal liking. So we begin... The last we heard, King Maven is dead, killed by his brother, the heir, Tiberias Everett Calore VII. In the midst of a rescue and hopeful end to a war, did a new one just begin? Jon is on the throne now, joined with the Silver army and High Houses, kidnapped Kyra and baby Hadley.
