He develops schizophrenic tendencies and begins to suffer from hallucinations. It's all too much for him to handle. A personality named Sterling seizes control while Jack is weak. Sterling is the darkness inside of Jack, the part of him that seeks revenge, and once he does, he develops a blood lust; one kill is not enough. With Sterling on the lose, London is not safe.
