A short but sweet(ish) Victorian romance... Vivienne plays the world like chess; England's ballrooms her board, and the young lords and ladies her pawns. Everything seems to be going to plan but her wits can only get her so far in a world where a husband is the difference between riches and poverty.

In Victorian England there was always one couple who could solve the case. ~ This is literally my Year 10 English homework... and is literally a bit of a mess Basically, it's a detective story but, as some people may notice, it gives nods to both Sherlock Holmes and Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji within it since they were huge inspiration points that stopped me from dropping dead on the spot. Also, it could only be four pages long so the ending may feel rushed (I don't know)...
