Katniss Everdeen, Victor of the 74th Annual Hunger Games, The Warrior of The Capitol. Or so everyone thought. Her victory could lead to the uprising of Panem. Everything depended on her. Until he came, The Capitol Boy.

Lyric Lust has gone through a lot being the mayors daughter she was subjected to having almost no friends except for Pranet Jolt the son of the deceased dead capitol singer, Mercury Jolt, both never thought they'd be in the Hunger Games but the odds weren't in their favor. Just before the games Lyric falls for their mentor, Thayer, but with the games coming it doesn't seem promising in her eyes. Pranet and Lyric are thrown into the games that bring up feelings they've had since they were young and had been forgotten along with most of their friendship. Feelings make it hard when your in the games and only one can survive.

"Let the 50th Hunger Games begin!" Katniss Everdeen wasn't chosen for the 50th Hunger Games. Her sister was. "The nightmares never go away." Watching 47 die does leave an imprint. "The Victor of the 50th Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen of District 12." One that never goes away.

They rebelled. The Hunger Games returns. Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark lost their lives but their kids lived. Willow Mellark has a daughter, Primrose Mellark. Prim is chosen for the 135th Annual Hunger Games, and made the twelve districts plus District 13 and the Capitol citizens to rebel again to stop the Games again but they lost. Primrose died ending the Mellarks. The thirteen districts plus the Capitol, newly named District 14, which is the mutt industry district now, have to face the consequences. The thirteen districts have to provide, every year, a young man and a young woman, between the age of 11-19 to fight in the Games. District 14 has to care and tend to the tributes before the Games. She was brought up in a completely different enviroment than most kids in Panem. She knew nothing really of how life had been for the past hundred years, but she knew about everything else. Her parents raised her on stories, history, and songs all from a very mysterious Vault that was hidden away. Maeve has done things too dispicable for her to even want to remember. She tries to hide her feelings, her memories, and her secrets from herself. She should have known that she'd be forced to face them all again when she gets sent to District Twelve to become the Recreational Teacher. She would have been fine, had Lilly Everdeen never showed up in her class room. Now Maeve's past is brought to the light as she tries to peice everything together. How is she supposed to explain what she's done if she herself can't remember? This is my first Hunger Games Fanfiction and I hope you enjoy it.
