I glanced in front and saw Mom and Dad shared a knowing look. Mom turned to me after. "Baby, remember to hug your sister everytime it storms. You have to protect each other. Stand up for what is right even if it means standing alone. Remember that Mom and Dad loves you both so much." Mom was crying as she held me and Kailly's hands. I smiled at her. "Me and Kailly love you too, Mom and Dad." I turned to Kailly and saw that she stopped sobbing. "Okay. I want you to grab the pillows next to Kailly and rest, my angels. I will wake you up when we arrive." ****************************** I woke up. In a hospital. I didn't know what happened until, Aunt Clary, Mom's sister told me everything. And those everything shattered my world. How was I supposed to handle it when I was only 9? ****************************** The past changed me. I became someone I never expected I would be and I don't want to go back to the old me anymore. I'm happier this way. It's fun being heartless, cold and merciless.
