Ever since Melia the Merciful was born she has always been a friend to dragons. To Melia, their roars and growls are no different to the Norse speech of the humans around her. However, what happens when she meets a certain leader of the Dragon Hunters and falls in love with him? Will the Dragon Riders find out? Will the hunters? Will the relationship between Dragon Rider and Dragon Hunter burn hotter than a dragon's fire or will they be forced to leave each other because of how different they are? Viggo Grimborn enjoys an intellectual challenge, and he found that in Hiccup. What he doesn't know, is a harder challenge is yet to come in the form of Clover and her dragon Lucky. Why? Because Clover is smart? No, oh gods no. Clover is oblivious, painfully oblivious. Eager to make friends, blind to danger with no sense of self preservation. Clover isn't smart, Clover is lucky. Being blessed by the gods, fate or whatever it may be, Clover narrowly avoids the worst at every turn, and Viggo can't make up or down of it. Is it because she's somehow smarter than him? He's eager to find out, but what happens when no matter how hard to tries to pick her apart, he still can't understand her? Well... let's find out!
