In his family, Benja Flores is the keeper of memory. As a self-proclaimed wildflower growing out of the side walk crack, Benja is on the periphery looking in on the family and community he doesn't quite feel a part of. In his journey to claiming his place, he learns that identity is not only shaped by the stories we tell about yourselves but also those of the ones we carry with us.

A Siamese cat and a glowing convenience store form the anchor to a magical, retro-lit reality, offering patrons the chance to rewrite their lives. Stepping into the neon hum, they are pulled from the mundane and given the opportunity to heal and reclaim the past.

A vignette about running away and seeking shelter in unknown but familiar places

Quite literally, the title. I'll probably try romance(focus on feeling, dialogue, that sappy YEARNING), crime (it depends), some realistic fiction (vignette), etc. Very easy read for if you're bored and don't want a full storyline that'll take hours. Some may be longer.

A non-chronological compilation of short stories and poems following the allegorical Enosh as they traverse a surreal world populated only by copies of themself. The story follows two Enoshes: one who spends their life searching for paradise, and one who spends their life chasing their dream.

These are multiple stories that I have created for assignments in school and I am wanting to share them as I think they deserve to be read.
