This is my chronological "caption archive" from Instagram, arranged like a readable timeline of posts from 2022 through 2026. It's basically a personal montage: little snapshots of my inner world tied to everyday scenes-nature walks, sunsets, neighborhood moments, pets, family time, zoo visits, books, and random details that somehow spark bigger thoughts.
A lot of it is poetic, a little goofy, and very reflective. I take ordinary stuff (a mouse in the grass, a valley view, a cup of coffee, my dog being cozy) and use it as a launchpad to talk about meaning, connection, hope, and what it feels like to be alive in a world that can be beautiful and brutal at the same time.
Mental health shows up repeatedly too-especially anxiety/OCD, loneliness, motivation, self-worth, and the constant tug-of-war between spiraling and staying grounded. It isn't a "wellness account" in the sterile, influencer way. It's more like me documenting the real-time process of trying to choose clarity and forward motion over getting stuck in my head.
