Before Kim, there was Fenrir.
More than twelve hundred years ago, a Viking werewolf crossed the sea in search of his people's forgotten history. What he found was Daniel, a young monk guarding an ancient codex filled with stories of wolf headed men, forgotten saints, and the truth about the vile creatures that claimed to be gods.
Together, they would begin a war that would engulf the world and come to be known as Ragnarok.
It was the beginning of an unlikely friendship that would unite a scattered people against the Watchers who had hunted and manipulated humanity for generations.
Fenrir would become a legend. A leader. A friend.
And the first werewolf to call himself a Hound of Heaven.
In the present day, the Alden pack is broken but victorious after its battle with the dragon. As they heal, Daniel finally begins telling them the stories of the white werewolf who came before them, revealing the forgotten history of the original pack and the war that helped shape everything they have become.
A story about Vikings, werewolves, faith, friendship, family, and monsters learning to become heroes.
