For most people, this story started when four poor zaunite kids robbed and (accidentally) bombed a young, bright, topsider's dormitory who was attending Piltover academy but this war started long before that for the people of Zaun. The neverending cycle they have been fighting for decades. Fighting for the right to simply live. Fighting for the confidence that it was okay for them to live. To exist. The boy grabbed her wrist quickly and stared at her eyes that laced with fear, but she could tell, he had other thoughts on his mind. He stared at her and said "can you help me than?"

Viktor was dying, both you and him knew this. There was nothing you could do but watch him as his body slowly started to fail. He worked tirelessly to try and find a cure for himself...but it all went nowhere as the timer of death quickly ticked closer to the end.
