This is a My Hero Academia fan story! I do not own any of the characters and the rights to them go to the original creators! What if the origin story of one for all and all for one was a little different? What if one for all was given to villains and all for one to heroes? What if All Might was a villain? What if All Might and the rest of his villain group decided to teach the next generation of villains?

Midoriya Izuku, pro-hero Deku was given a quirk by All Might when he was 14. Finally, considered one of the quirked, he could go on to become a hero. One day on patrol he ran into a strange villain with the strangest quirk. Now stuck in a universe where everyone's quirkless and heroes are a far dream, how will he deal? Meanwhile Bakugo Katsuki is Izuku's best friend. He's shocked when his best friend gets sudden amnesia and a whole personality change. Izuku was a kind boy until the age of 5 when he lost his mother to All Might. On that day, Izuku swore revenge on the Symbol of evil no matter the cost. His father Hisashi or the underworld hero All For One, had told him of the origins of All Might and how this one mistake cost Izuku's mother and his wife. So I am basing this story off the reversed UA of My hero academia. For example the heroes are now the villains in this and the villains are now the heroes so hopefully this will be interesting.

Izuku Midoriya has lost his way, but what if he's trying his best to get back on track? As time goes on, meany things get in their way, the police are in a man hunt for Deku because of the murder of Endeavor, Shigaraki wants to help but they fear of the worst with the blue haired man, and Aizawa has put his trust into All Might, as he told him everything. All Might finds out the truth about Deku's true father, he had made a promise to Inku that he would keep her baby boy safe, but what happens when All for one gets in the way? Claiming to be Izuku's real dad? Shoto and Katsuki have to keep their lover safe, but all hell breaks lose when Shoto turns his back on heroes, and realized that the only heroes he can trust are the villains, All Might, Aizawa, Katsuki, and himself. The police have tried and tried to get Midoriya locked up, now they have taken I different turn, Inku, the glue of it all. The reason why Deku went back in the first placed. To find his momma.
