What was supposed to be a night full of dancing, fun, and celebration for all the students who passed their licensing exam becomes anything but that as villains crash the party, taking students and teachers alike hostage. Now, it's up to 13 students to stop these villains, but just earning their Pro Hero License, will they be ready for the challenges ahead?
